Terms of Service

Last updated 5 November 2026.

These terms govern your use of DigitalProof, operated by Boost Solutions. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

DigitalProof performs automated checks of public websites you nominate, stores the results, issues certificates, captures screenshots and provides a risk-assessment tool and record vault.

2. Not legal advice; not government approval

DigitalProof is a private service. It is not issued, endorsed or regulated by the Australian Government or the eSafety Commissioner. Scan results, scores and certificates are automated, point-in-time indicators and do not guarantee compliance with the Online Safety Act, the proposed Digital Duty of Care or any other law. You remain responsible for your own compliance and should obtain legal advice.

3. Your obligations

You may only add websites you own or are authorised to manage, and must verify ownership. You must not use the service to scan third-party sites without authority, to misrepresent a certificate, or to imply government endorsement.

4. Certificates and badges

A certificate shows the status of the latest scan only and may be suspended automatically if a scan fails. You must not alter a certificate or display it for a website it was not issued for.

5. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance each month through our checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

6. Records

We retain your records for at least six years. You can export scan records at any time.

7. Availability

We aim for hourly scanning but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every issue will be detected.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or the fees paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update them by notifying you by email or on this site. Contact: service@digitalproof.com.au.
