Online Safety & Acceptable Use

Last updated 5 November 2026.

DigitalProof is committed to a safe online environment. This page describes the safety measures that apply to our own service.

Our service and its risks

DigitalProof is a business tool. It does not host public user-generated content, forums, messaging or file sharing between users. Users can enter website addresses, notes in a risk assessment, and contact/report messages that are visible only to the account owner and our staff.

Acceptable use

You must not use DigitalProof to harass, threaten or target anyone, to scan sites you do not control, or to upload unlawful or harmful material. We may suspend accounts that breach this policy.

Reporting a concern

If you see harmful or unlawful content, or believe our service is being misused, report it here or email service@digitalproof.com.au. We review reports promptly and escalate serious matters to the appropriate authorities, including the eSafety Commissioner (esafety.gov.au).

Risk assessment

We assess our own service against the harm categories in the proposed Digital Duty of Care at least annually and keep the records for six years.
