You can cancel your DigitalProof subscription at any time and you will not be charged again. We offer a free trial so you can assess the service before paying.
If you are charged and have not used the service, email service@digitalproof.com.au within 14 days and we will refund that payment. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a remedy for a major failure of the service.
